Ordering

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is only €100.00

How can I pay for my orders?

The payment methods normally available are: credit/debit card, PayPal and bank transfer.

What is Coupon?

The Coupon is a virtual discount voucher, presented in the form of an alphanumeric code.

To take advantage of the discount associated with the Coupon, you will have to enter the code in the checkout, copying it carefully in the "Discount code" section. Once you have entered the code correctly, click on the "Apply" button

Which payment method will my orders be prepared with first?

By using credit/debit card or PayPal as payment methods, you will allow us to proceed in the shortest possible time with the preparation of orders, while if you choose the bank transfer payment method, we will have to wait for the amount to be received on our current accounts before proceeding with the processing.

Possibility of payment by installments?

At the moment there is no payment option available in installments. The order must be paid in full by choosing from the available payment methods.

Do you use dropshipping sales service?

No, Caffellatte does not use it

Do you accept checks?

No, we do not accept this payment method.

How long does it take to prepare the order?

Once payment has been made, orders are prepared within a maximum of 48 working hours (Monday to Friday). If you select the bank transfer payment method, the order will always be prepared within 48 working hours, but will only be shipped once we have received payment for the goods actually available.

Can I add an item to an order already in preparation?

It depends. You can still send the request via email.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order no later than 2 hours after it has been sent. Simply send an email to info@caffellatteb2b.com or send us a message in the "Contact us" section

Why is my payment not going through?

For various reasons, the payment may not go through.
If your payment is rejected, send an email to info@caffellatteb2b.com or send a request in the "Contact us" section

Can I combine 2 or more orders sent in the same period into a single invoice and with a single shipment?

Depends. Send an email to info@caffellatteb2b.com or send us a message in the "Contact us" section

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns

How do I return a product?

If you want to make a return for items that are visibly damaged or do not conform to those ordered, you can make a request using the "Complaints" section found in your account.

You can make a return request no later than 3 working days after receiving the goods.

You will need to follow these instructions:

Select the reference order;
Select the item to claim;
Fill in the required fields;
Attach photos of the defect or demonstrating the non-conformity of each item involved;
Select the desired refund method;
Repeat the procedure for each item you wish to return.

The request will be processed by our dedicated department within a maximum of 48 working hours.
Returns made without our approval will not be accepted.

The costs necessary for returning the approved items will be at our expense.
